A Huffington Post article explores seven Smartphone applications to aid stress relief.

If you are looking for tools to help you live a calmer, more mindful, and less stressful life, one or more of these apps may be for you.

1. Worry Box-Anxiety Self-Help App

This app includes a worry cognitive diary where you can keep a log of what is causing you stress. Beyond providing an outlet log, the app also helps you handle your worries. If you think you can control the stressful situation or concerns, the app provides you with steps to manage the worry. If you think you cannot control it, the app helps you reframe your thinking by providing coping statements.

2. SAM App

SAM App is geared towards helping people with anxiety. It focuses on anxiety management by providing users with self-help methods.

3. Happier

We could all focus more on being happier and more grateful about the good aspects of our lives. Happier does just that by offering a course for happiness and a gratitude journal. The app is also community-centric and allows other Happier users to support and encourage you.

4. Coach.Me

If you’re having a hard time setting, planning, and reaching your goals, then Coach.Me is the app for you. This app coaches you through your goals through mentorship, a supportive community, and data. You can track your habits on your dashboard to hold yourself accountable.

5. Headspace

Headspace focuses clearing your mind of worry by providing its users with meditation and mindfulness techniques.

6. Omvana

Another meditation-focused app, Omvana goes the extra mile by categorizing your state of mind. The app helps you with productivity, focus, and creativity, while also helping you become more relaxed, learn meditation techniques, and get better sleep. I casinoverdenen har vi mange forskjellige spilltyper, og et bredt utvalg innenfor hver spilltype https://www.casinonorske.com/casino-spill.
